Algunas actividades que puedes hacer:

• Lectura en voz alta.                                                                                                                                               La lectura en voz alta impactando positivamente en el desarrollo del lenguaje, las habilidades cognitivas y el bienestar emocional y social. Algunos beneficios: mejora la dicción, la pronunciación y la fluidez, desarrolla la prosodia, aumenta la comprensión lectora, estimula la concentración y la atención, Fomenta el pensamiento crítico y la imaginación.                                                                                                                                                         Lee en voz alta durante 15 minutos de forma independiente o con alguien.  

• Bibliotecas virtuales                                                                                                                                          Busca libros para leer en los recursos de la biblioteca del colegio (EPIC), la biblioteca de tu vecindario, Reading A - Z RAZ Kids.

Some activities you can do:

• Reading aloud.                                                                                                                                               Reading aloud positively impacts language development, cognitive skills, and emotional and social well-being. Some benefits: improves diction, pronunciation and fluency, develops prosody, increases reading comprehension, stimulates concentration and attention, encourages critical thinking and imagination.          Read aloud for 15 minutes independently or with someone.  

• Virtual libraries                                                                                                                                                     Find books to read in the resources of the school library resources (EPIC), your neighborhood library, Reading A - Z RAZ Kids.

• Tongue twisters                                                                                                                                                       Tongue twisters are much more than just word games: they improve diction and articulation, increase verbal fluency, expand vocabulary, develop phonological awareness, strengthen auditory memory. Puedes elegir una de estas actividades para practicar la lista de palabras:

• En un cuaderno escribe las palabras y luego sepárala en sílabas

• Escribe oraciones usando las palabras

• Juega al ahorcado con alguien de tu familia usando las palabras

• Puedes ser una maestra y enseñarle a alguien de tu familia las palabras

• Puedes escribir las palabras en orden alfabético

Además:

• Lee las siguientes palabras cada vez más rápido así cuando las encuentres en un libro las puedes reconocer rápidamente. 

• Practícalas varias veces y verás que es más fácil reconocerlas.

• Puedes comenzar con 5 palabras y cuando veas que ya te resulta fácil, agregas otras 5 y así sucesivamente hasta llegar a las 25.

• Puedes practicar escribiéndolas en un papel, usando letras magnéticas, cortando las letras de revistas y formando las palabras. Usa tu imaginación.

• Play a Hangman game using the words with somebody in your family

• Be a Teacher! Teach the words to somebody in your family

• You can write the words from the list alphabetical order

• Read the following words faster and faster so when you find them in a book you can quickly recognize them.

• Practice them several times and you will see that it is easier to recognize them.

• You can start with 5 words and when you see that it is easy for you, add another 5 and so on until you reach 25.

• You can practice writing them on paper, using magnetic letters, cutting out magazine letters, and forming words. Use your imagination.
